CLIFTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ISSUES
Tell us about your relationship with Clifton Elementary School.
The Fairfax County Public School Education Specifications outline a number of program spaces that new or renovated schools shall receive based on a new 950-student facility. One of the challenges the Clifton Elementary School (CES) community faces is the amount of additional square footage, and thus cost, necessary to bring CES into full compliance with the current Educational Specifications.  Indications from the FCPS staff/Board are that community support for a facility that DOES NOT meet ALL program spaces may result in lowered construction costs and a greater chance for CES to remain open. Please respond to the survey below to indicate your thoughts on each type of FCPS Educational Specifications space.
